SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY - Orders must be received by 3pm EST in order to have a chance to go out same day. We guarantee shipping all stocked products by next business day of receipt of your order request. We ship via UPS & USPS(for lightweight small items totalling less than 2 lbs) & charge based on your selected shipping choice by shipping weight (actual or dimensional - whichever is greater) plus an incidental handling fee to all of mainland USA. Your shipping charges reflect actual weight. Should dimentional weight charges exceed actual weight, Aura reserves the right to increase your shipping charges and will notify you accordingly. Note: If Ground delivery time is equal to or faster than your selected choice then we will take the liberty to ship by ground and reduce your charges accordingly. UPS standard ground shipping and delivery days are Monday thru Friday. See map below for UPS Ground Transit Times from our location. Remember the day an order is picked up does not count as a shipping day. Saturday delivery is an additional option but may not be available to your area and is also not available for all shipping options. To request Saturday delivery, please contact us directly and we will let you know first if it is available and secondly what the additional fees would be.
While our system only offers shipping quotes via UPS & USPS Parcel within the Continental US, we do offer USPS Priority or Global Express (whichever is available) to HI, AK, Military & Canada & Other Intenational Destinations plus a $5 handling fee for Hawaii, Alaska & Military; a $10 fee for Canada and $15 fee all other International Orders. If you place an order for these areas, the price for shipping will not be reflected in your order. We will assume, unless otherwise notified, that shipping USPS or UPS and the corresponding handling fee is acceptable and that we are authorized to add these charges to your order with your approval.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY - Please read all info about our lamps and oil and accessories before making your choices. While we have all the confidence in the world that you will be completely satisfied with our product, we want you to know that if for whatever reason you are not satisfied then we will refund your money for your product purchase less a 10% restocking fee and less original outgoing shipping costs, if returned to us in the condition received (i.e., NEW - unused - in its original packaging materials) within 7 days of receipt of your order. Pints and Gallons of Liquid Paraffin Lamp Oil can be returned only if they are unopened and the heat-seal foil remains intact.
The same 10% restocking fee and conditions as stated above applies to exchanges for either direct purchases or gift purchases. Exchanges must be for equal value or greater. EXCEPTION! Absolutely no returns and no refunds accepted for fragrance oil, Eco-Feu Liquid Ethanol and CLOSEOUT SALE ITEMS!!
Should the item received not be the item ordered, upon return and once in receipt of the item, we will ship out the correct item and issue you a refund for the cost to ship the wrong item back to us.
DAMAGE POLICY - Should any part of your purchase arrive damaged, please notify us immediately by e-mail - then save damage product along with packing materials and box for inspection by delivery service and/or later return the broken parts of the purchase within agreed upon time and upon receipt we will send out a replacement part(s) free of charge.
PAYMENT POLICY - We have secure online payment by credit card or if you wish to pay by credit card over the phone or by personal check or postal money order, call in your order to 561-265-1886 - Speak directly to a sales rep who will take your order & shipping information. Once your check is received, deposited and clears the bank, we will ship immediately (if paying by postal money order we will ship immediately upon receipt of the check).
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY - We will not accept any orders that are less than $7.00
OUT OF STOCK POLICY - Our system is set up to prevent you from ordering an item that is out of stock. Should, however you place an order that cannot be filled within 48 hours, we will notify you by e-mail & you will have the following options:
A. Cancelling that part of the order and having that part of your order refunded
COUPON POLICY - No coupon offers may be combined for an individual order.
